SEMICONDUCTOR
The MLOptic advanced microscope platform system is primarily used for wafer inspection of semiconductor equipment. Used in the world’s top semiconductor measurement equipment, the system provides precision optical systems in both the UV and deep UV.
The wafer detection system developed by MLOptic has a wide field of view which can greatly improve the resolution of the test, enhance the effective field of view, and improve the detection speed. The modular design reduces the cost and maintenance frequency of the test system as well as the elapsed maintenance time. The system can also monitor micro-defects at the highest level thereby accelerating performance optimization supporting the integrated configuration of wafer inspection equipment.
