Optical filters are used to select or reject a desired wavelength. Filters can attenuate selected wavelengths or frequencies while passing others with relatively no change. They are usually implemented as a glass plane or plastic device in the optical path and are either dyed bulk or have individually applied interference coatings.
MLOptic offers a wide range of high-end optical filters including band pass, cut-off, neutral density, and reflective types to meet diverse customer requirements. Using advanced Helios Coating machines has allowed us to become one of the largest international suppliers of optical filters.
MLOptic takes particular pride in one of our leading products: The spatial Multiband Filter series. Alongside that we also offer various other filter types and series, such as cut-off filters, band pass filters, notch filters, and neutral density filters – made from materials including common glass, colored glass, fused silica and sapphire.
