MLOptic offers complete end-to-end metrology solutions for AR/VR design verification and production qualification. Our solutions support testing of waveguides, aspheric micro-lenses, prisms, filters, projectors, visors, displays, and full-frame glasses.
Our test equipment is inherently flexible. Active assembly can be achieved using autofocus, inter-pupillary adjustment, and binocular alignment. Our lenses provide diverse Field of View options and extra-long working distances. Mono cameras or the MLOptic colorimeter can be used. Optical performance testing is supported using CIE color-matching filters as well as ND filters. Associated illumination modules match Fields of View to the imaging lens and include automated scanning options.
